We live in an age of instant gratification. Likes, notifications, sugar, fast food, binge-watching. These provide quick hits of dopamine, the neurotransmitter of desire.

Over time, your brain adapts by lowering its sensitivity. The result? Nothing feels exciting anymore. You feel bored, unmotivated, and constantly distracted.

The Rules (24 Hours)

This is an extreme protocol. Do it on a Sunday.

  1. NO Electronics: Phone off. Laptop off. TV off. No exceptions.
  2. NO Music/Podcasts: You need to be alone with your thoughts. Silence is the goal.
  3. NO Delicious Food: Eat plain, boring food (boiled eggs, rice, veggies). No sugar, no caffeine.
